US programming highlights for April 2019 on horror streaming service, Shudder:

Lizzie and Murder Party will both making their Shudder premiere.

The new weekly series of The Last Drive-In with Joe Bob Briggs, which actually starts this Friday night, will be airing! I am counting down the minutes to spending time with Joe Bob Briggs and the lovely "Darcy the Mail Girl" as they present two movies every week!

There will also be a special "half way to Halloween" collection with the first five entries in the Halloween franchise, including my third favorite entry, 4 and perennial fan favorite 3!

Also of note, is that on April 8, we will have the Shudder premiere of The Haunted (1991) a made for TV movie based on a case from Ed and Lorriane Warren (whose paranormal cases inspired The Conjuring movies). Sally Kirkland received a Gloden Globe nomination for her performance in this horror flick. Apparently, it has never been released on DVD or Blu-ray in the US. I actually think that I may have seen this one, but even if I did I do not remember anything about it.

The 70 Hottest Babes of 2017, Pt. 1, 70-61

It's that time of the year again, when yours truly picks the year's loveliest ladies. As always the process to whittle them down to only 70 is not an easy one, but I'll be damned if it ain't fun! As always, the women are ranked not just on how they look, but what they did and accomplished in 2017. The women all come from the worlds of horror, geek culture and interest, metal and hard rock music, and adult and erotic (both of the hardcore and softcore variety) entertainment. Let us not waste anymore time and get right to it!

70. Emma Watson (new)- Disney's live action remake of Beauty and the Beast, may have gotten mixed reviews (I have yet to see it), but it made a shitload of money. And, regardless of whether the movie is good or not, its star, Emma Watson, is gorgeous. Extra hotness points, for when she admitted that she does not shave her bush!



69. Jamie Ray Neuman (new)- This stunning actress gave a great performance in Marvel and Netflix's spectacular The Punisher series, the finest series they have done, yet. Neuman added heart and gave us a very real feeling acting job as the wife of Micro (AKA Microchip to comic-book fans).







68. Kristen Stewart (last year ranked 2009 #58)- It is great to see that the absolutely gorgeous Kristen Stewart continues to get roles that show off her amazing acting abilities. She got a lot of praise for her role in indie flick Personal Shopper. Combing incredible natural beauty with brains, and talent, her return to this list has been long overdue!


67. Samara Weaving (new)- This beautiful Australian model and actress had a sexy breakthrough role in the bloody good fun horror comedy The Babysitter. She played the title role in the movie, and managed to be sexy, sweet, and menacing. I look forward to seeing more of her. Both in terms of her being in more roles and seeing more of her amazing body!



66. Julianne Moore (new)- A long overdue entry to this annual list is the MILFtastic and extremely talented Juianne Moore. She played the main villain in this year's Kingman: The Secret Service. Said sequel was enjoyable, though not as great as the first movie. Regardless, seeing her playing such a sassy and fun bad girl was a blast! She also remains one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood even at 56! Amazing!


65. Briana Banks (new)- Like many men, I was a HUGE fan of Briana Banks back in the early 2000's. As, such we are very grateful for her return to the world of skin flicks! She has been having massive success, too, and looking fucking gorgeous as hell, on top of being a nasty girl on camera. I managed to interview her this year, too, in a post that was one my most popular of 2017.





64. Fiona Dourif (new)- Fiona Dourif, daughter of Chucky himself, Brad Dourif, is hot as hell. She is also great actress. And, her performance in this year's kick ass and gory Cult of Chucky cements her as one of the best in horror this year. I also had the pleasure of attending the panel of said flick at this year's NYCC in which her and the cast crew from the movie partook. She is also cool as hell in person!





63. Janet Varney (new)- The blonde and beautiful Janet Varney is one of the lead stars of THE funniest show on TV, Stand Against Evil. In the hilarious horror comedy series, she plays Sheriff Evie and never fails to make me crack me up. Gorgeous, funny, and on a horror series? Oh hell yeah, she is gonna be on this list!







62. Daisy Ridley (last year #67)- Daisy Ridley returns as Rey, in theaters, next week in The Last Jedi, the long awaited next chapter in the Star Wars saga. What will happen? What will we learn about her character? I do not know the answers to those, but I can't wait to find out. But, one thing we all already know is that she is such a babe! And, of course, a great actress, to boot.






61. Ela Rumpf (new)- This Swiss beauty played Alexia, the sister of the lead character in Raw, an excellent French horror movie that ranks as one of the year's best. Looking sexy and coming off as menacing in her role, the breathtaking Rumpf will have you falling for her no matter what happens in this phenomenal movie.

The 70 Hottest Babes of 2010, pt. 2: 60-51

60. Kristin Kruek (last year 29)- The beautiful Ms. Kruek made a couple of appearances on Chuck, this year. Quite frankly, I still won't watch that show, but when I flipped channels and saw her, I was like. "Wow! It's Kristin Kruek! I love her! She looks gorgeous!" And, then I would flip the channel to something else. Hey, I'm just sayin'!




59. Jessica Beil (new)- Ms. Beil might be way to hot for the role she played in the highly enjoyable The A-Team movie, but that's why she makes this list! She has such sexy legs, a great ass, and a pretty face, that she really lit up the screen whenever she was on. She also did some commercial work this year, which further gave us a chance to drool over her!




58. Minae Noji (new)- This Japanese beauty made a memorable appearance in the finally released Bitch Slap. That movie is chock full of babes, but Noji stuck in my head (both of 'em!) the most! Why? Well, come on, she's in a school girl outfit and is bi in her role! She fondles our heroines and likes it! Oh, yeah, she also kills people with a freaking yo-yo! Plus, she does this all with a sexy, Japanese accent. I was seriously in love with this bad girl! Now, where is she? She clearly needs a spanking.




57. Kristen Stuart (last year 58)- OK, I'm about as sick as you can get of the Twilight movies. I mean goddamn, can you guys give that shit a rest, already?! But, Stuart showed her best acting chops yet, with her excellent performance as Joan Jett in the very good The Runaways movie. Once, again she proves that when given a meaty role (IE nothing that has to do with lame, sparkly vampires), she can really pull it off. She also looked just like Ms. Jett, which is to say she looked fucking hot!!!! Actually, regardless of what she's in, she always looks hot. You gotta love that whole biting her lip thing! It's pretty captivating, if you ask me!


56. Ashley Greene (last year 56)- Unfortunately, the beautiful Ms. Greene did not get a cool a role as K. Stuart, so she's still mostly known for that wretched franchise. But, there were leaked nude pics of her, this year! Yay! I mean that makes up for a million shitty vampire movies! Well, OK, that statement is pretty debatable. But, beyond, that she did some commercials, too. Which made me think, eh, maybe commercials ain't so fucking bad or annoying after all.




55. Kristin Bauer (new)- I had the pleasure of meeting the beautiful Ms. Bauer, who plays Pam on True Blood, this past April at Chiller. And, I was stunned to see that she is even more beautiful in person! In fact, I even got a little clumsy around her! Meanwhile, over on True Blood, her character got more to do, and even showed a more emotional side to her. Plus, she had some lesbian love!



54. Danella Urbay (new)- This curvy Cuban honey shakes her ass for Telefutura's Escandalo TV every weekday. She really knows how to get down and looks so beautiful doing it! That body is to die for! You need to look at your local listings and find when this show is on. So, what if you don't know Spanish? It won't matter! And, while your at it, Google this babe. You'll be glad you did. Trust me!





53. Jessica Bangkok (last year 62)- I been a long time fan and admirer of the shapely and beautiful Jessica Bangkok, so to finally meet her this year at Exxxotica was truly awesome! Not only was she drop dead gorgeous, but she was also a real sweetie. She really was the person I wanted to meet the most at the show. But, let's get back to just how much of a scorcher she is. Jessica's all natural body is that of a goddess. And, her porn performances are pure heaven!




52. Maria Brink (same)- Metal's beautiful tattooed MILF continues to break the hearts of headbanger, everywhere. Her band, In This Moment's new album, A Star-Crossed Wasteland, is a great mix of the heavy and the melodic. Her voice sounds as kick ass and beautiful, as ever. They've been touring for quite a few months. In fact, I will be seeing them tonight! I can't wait!




51. Draven Star (new)- This dark haired, BurningAngel babe got interviewed by yours truly a few months back, for this very blog! This girl is not only a hottie, but she is fucking awesome, too! She fucking rocked at Exxxotica! It was great to just hang and talk to her. Aside, from her sexy tats and pretty face, this babe has professed her love for metal, punk, horror, and whiskey! In other words, she is the girl of our dreams! This year also saw the release of a DVD filled with scenes just of her, Crushing on Draven Star. In fact, her star kept getting bigger and bigger. I expect next to be even better for her!

60. Ming-Na Wen (new) - The lovely Ming-Na has been in the movie biz for a long time. Some of you may remember her from roles such as Chun-Li in the terrible Van Damme flick Street Fighter or last year's shitty Prom Night remake. Currently, this MILFy Asian babe is starring in Stargate Universe. I have liked her since I first saw and like fine wine she only gets better with time!

59. Sarah Silverman (last year- 56) - One of the funniest babes ever, Sarah is just as raunchy as she has ever been and The Sarah Silverman is just as fucking awesome as ever!

58. Kristen Stewart (last year- 57) - Thank God Kristen was in Adventureland this year. Sadly, though most of the coverage she gets is for that Twilight, of which I am officially sick of. Too bad, cause aside from being a babe, Kristen can act and is being wasted on that miserable franchise.

57. Janine Siu (new) - Yes, Playboy still sux but thank God, for models likes the ravishing Ms. Siu. This hottie is quitely simply put one of the yummiest and most beautiful centerfold models I seen in a while. And, her pics I saw this year, where smoking hot!

56. Ashley Greene (last year- 54) - Ms. Greene is simply breathtaking and one need only look at her Maxim layout last month for proof. Too bad, she too is more known for that Twilight shit than anything else. But, there are nude pics of her that appeared this year. Yay!

55. Katie Cassidy (same as last year) - It's been a busy year for the lovely Ms. Cassidy, who was first on both Harper's Island and the new Melrose Place on TV this year. While, I watched neither, I was happy to see her get more exposure. I did like her pics that appeared in Maxim, though.

54. Lisa Ann (new) - Lisa Ann's star just bigger all the time. Her series of films for Hustler, where she plays Sarah Palin, ahve been huge sellers for the company. They have also gotten lots of mainstream coverage. The busty and MILFy beauty was also a real pleasure to meet at this year Exxxotica NY.

53. Katy Perry (new) - OK, I hate fucking music, but the lovely Ms. Perry is beautiful. Those gorgeous blue eyes and that amazing chest make you wanna look at her vids with the mute button on. Plus, she professes that she does indeed like girls. Whether this is true or jsut a way to get a rise out of males is yet to be determined. But, I certainly am all for it. This year has been huge for her with coverage everywhere and lots of radio and TV play of her lame music.

52. Maria Brink (last year- 38) - Metal's resident tattooed beautiful blonde put out a special edition of her band, In This Moment's, The Dream featuring an fucking killer cover of Blondie's classic song Call Me. The band also was on Warp Tour and are currently doing their own tour. But, are you guys coming to NYC?!

51. Kristin Adams (last year- 52) - This babe still graces us with her beauty on G4 by giving cheats on X-Play and sometimes doing the news on Attack of the Show. Personally, speaking seeing the former Miss. Holt is always a pleasure to the eyes!

56. Sarah Silverman- - She is beautiful, leggy, funny, totally politically incorrect, loves porn, and curses a lot. More girls should be like her! That and her show, the aptly named Sarah Silverman Program, is one of the funniest in all of TVdom.

55. Katie Cassidy- - It was great when this blonde beauty appeared on one of the greatest genre TV shows ever, Supernatural. Sadly, her character Ruby got killed (season 3) and was replaced this year (season 4). So, I really miss her kicking ass as the demon who helps the Winschester brothers kick evil's ass. The girl playing her role is OK, but it is not the same, dudes! I hope we get to see her more genre stuff and soon!

55. Ashley Greene- - The hottest babe in Twilight, and there are quite a few, also managed to appear in a sexy shoot for the December 2008 Maxim.

53. Jena Malone- - Jena has always been a cutie, but The Ruins, the cool gorefest based on the bestseller of the same name, proved she has a smoking hot body. Seeing her a bikini and being a drunken tease made for memorable moments in it. Plus, she is the only girl on this list who battled killer plants in South America! That has to account for something, right?

52. Kristin Holt- - She might be the most beautiful babe on all of G4. This leggy goddess would probably be perfect if not for the fact that she is Republican. Well, that and she recently got hitched, hence she is now know as Kristin Adams. Oh well.

51. Dr. Mikannibal- - Revolver has been featuring hot metal chicks pretty much all year, for their regular "Hottest Chicks in Metal" segment. This saxophonist and signer for Japanese black metal band, Sigh, whose latest album an EP entitled A Tribute to Venom is pretty fucking cool, might be the hottest one, yet.
