"It's clear to me that Skeletons is a favorite along the NYD fan community since day 1. Something about this song resonates. The right mix between heavy, soft, strong and soft vocals really made it stand out on our record from the rest. The song is about opening up and letting you who hide inside come out, so for that reason, I performed the song alone on the music video. It's tough because it makes you vulnerable as a rock front woman to be without you band but it changed the performance into something pretty unique from out other music videos. I hope everyone enjoys it," states Ash Costello about the track and new music video.

"Skeletons" is off New Years Day's newest full-length album Unbreakable, which was released spring 2019 to critical acclaim. The band enlisted powerhouse producers Mitchell Marlow (All That Remains, In This Moment) and Scott Stevens (Halestorm, Shinedown & American Authors) to create an album that combines heavy rock with pop sensibilities. Upon release, Unbreakable trended #1 on the iTunes rock chart, celebrated over 18 weeks on Billboard's Current Hard Music Albums Chart. The singles "Shut Up" and "Come For Me" became the band's first two active radio hits. The album surpassed 20 million global streams, establishing New Years Day as a force to be reckoned with. New Years Day celebrates a 10+ year career with over 80 million global streams, 45 million YouTube views & a top 15 Billboard Mainstream Rock Charting hit.

The 70 Most Beautiful Women of 2018, Part 2: 60-51

60. Marisa Tomei- (last year #33)- The ever impossibly beautiful Ms. Marisa Tomei didn't get to be Aunt May this year in the MCU, but she did appear in the entertaining The First Purge. This wasn't as memorable role or as great a film as Spider-Man: Homecoming, but she is always a pleasure to see in a movie.

59. Tala Ashe- (new)- Legends of Tomorrow is really, by far, the most fun in the entire Arrowverse, and one of my favorite characters on the awesome show is Zari Tomaz played by the breathtaking Tala Ashe.

58. Bryce Dallas Howard- (new)- Beautiful redhead Bryce Dallas Howard returns to the Jurassic Park franchise with this year's entertaining, if predictable Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom.

57. Carla Cugino- (new)- Truly one of the most beautiful women in cinema returns to working with Mike Flanagan on another phenomenal Netflix horror project. This time playing the mother in the flashbacks of The Haunting of Hill House.

56. Bitsie Tulloch- (new)- It sucked when Grimm ended its run on TV. One of the reasons it sucked being not seeing its great cast on a weekly basis. Imagine my pleasant surprise, when one of its lovely stars, Bitsy Tulloch, appeared as Lois Lane in the year's super fun Arrowverse crossover!

55. Camila Mendes- (last year #24)- As much as I love Riverdale, and the gorgeous Camila Mendes, I do think that her character of Veronica Lodge has gotten increasingly boring. But, it is to no fault of her or her exquisite beauty.

54. Carter Cruise- (last year #18)- Carter Cruise remains not just one of the most popular girls in the industry, but one of my personal favorites as well. A great performer, a gorgeous beauty, and a fun personality keeps her star shining bright as fuck!

53. Adeline Rudolph- (new)- I absolutely adore Netflix's The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina. And, while the awesome horror series has its share of beautiful ladies my favorite looker is Adeline Rudolph. Playing one of the weird sisters, Agatha, she is a perfect combination of the goth and the exotic beauty, as well as being deliciously bad.

52. Ash Costello- (last year ranked 2015- #1)- The former queen of this list returns thanks to an EP put out by her band New Years Day, Diary of a Creep, and an awesome tour with Halestorm and In This Moment, which I had the pleasure of seeing at their New York City. Also, cause she is looks hotter than ever!

51. Barbara Crampton (last year ranked 2016- #41)- The always busy queen of horror Barbara Crampton never fails to amaze with her ever ageless beauty and absolute talent. This year she appeared in Puppet Master the Littlest Reich and on this Oct's season of Channel Zero.

The 70 Hottest Babes of 2015, pt. 7: 10-1

10. Tatiana Maslany (last year same)- Orphan Black continues to be one of the best damn sci-fi shows on TV, and the beautiful Ms. Maslany one of the finest actresses on all of TV. In fact, considering how many roles she plays on the show, and how great she is, she might just be THE best actress on TV. The new clone that they introduced that she plays, blonde Krystal is especially yummy!

9. Asa Akira (last year #1)- After holding the top spot for four years (a record!), Asa remains in the top ten. She continued to be one of the best and hottest contract girls, thanks to her work for Wicked Pictures. And, yet she remains one of the nicest girls in the biz.

8. Melissa Benoist (new)- The highest ranking new entry this year, Supergirl's title star is a truly captivating beauty. She reallyu captures Supergirl and brings her physically and emotionally to life perfectly. Whether in or out of the iconic costume, Benoist looks amazing. But, she has the talent to back it up, being able to kick ass and give the right emotional depth to the character. At only 27 years of age and the popularity of the show the sky is the limit (pun intended) for this blonde beauty.

7. Deborah Ann Wohl (last year #9)- Thanks to the amazing Marvel/ Netflix series Daredevil, we didn't have to lament the former True Blood beauty being away from our TV sets for long. If anything, it introduced this now blonde goddess to a legion of new fans. And, her solid acting as Karen Page solidifies her position as one the best actresses on genre related TV shows.

6. Vera Farmiga (last year #7)- The beautiful Ms. Farmiga is, in my humble opinion, the most gorgeous MILF on all of TV land. And, this season in the awesome Bates Motel, she proved that she is holding on to that title and not letting it go anytime soon. Her beauty is so intense that it sometimes distracts me from the show's excellent script. Thank God for her amazing acting ability which draws me right back in and insures her ever rising spot on this list.

5. Dani Daniels (last year #6)- The beautiful Dani Daniels moves up a spot to become the highest ranking adult star still working in the biz on the list this year. And, with good reason. She is unquestionably one of the hottest and most popular adult performers in porn today. Her personality helps, too, as I consider her to have one of THE best Twitter (which you can follow if you click on her name in this post) accounts to follow, porn or not. Enough so that she won the AVN award for Social Media Star, an award chosen by her loving fans. And, then of course, there is her stunning and natural beauty. Seriously, Dani is one of the most beautiful women, ever to live on the Earth.

4. Tera Patrick (last year same)- Tera remains as beloved by her fans, as ever. This year, I got to see her at the Adult Entertainment Expo, where she was seated at the Red Light Center booth. There I learned that the 3D game had an animated version of Tera herself in the game. My subsequent write up and pics became one of my most popular posts of this year.

3. Jennifer Lawrence (last year same)- J. Law remains one of the most beautiful and talented stars in Hollywood, today. She continues to draw in huge fan and critical acclaim, in both dramas like Joy and mainstream action/ sci-fi blockbusters like the final entry in the Hunger Games series: Mockingjay Part 2. Even in that good but uneven movie's lesser moments, she continued to shine.

2.  Jen & Sylvia Soska (last year same)- Holding in at the silver medal are horror's most beloved sisters, the beautiful and ubber-talented Soska twins. This year saw them having their entertaining and ultra-violent revenge/ prison flick Vendetta released, their second with WWE Studios. Their first TV show, the wild and creepy game show Hellevator saw their popularity extend even further. It has developed a rabid following from fans who just love tweeting about it along with the Canadian beauties live during its air time. Currently, they are working on their own feature Puppet Killer. It will be fascinating to see what spin they have on the killer doll sub-genre.

1. Ash Costello (last year #8)- And, now our new #1, the first ever musician to rank in at the top spot, it's the beautiful Ash Costello of rockers New Years Day. Costello seems to get more and more beautiful each day. This year saw her band releasing their best work yet in the form of the ass kicker, Malevolence. The subsequent tour saw them play some kick shows, including the one where I got to see them perform. At said show, I also had the complete and utter pleasure of meeting her. She is so awesome in person! And, it is very clear that she is one of the most beloved front women in rock and metal, today. It is for those reasons, that this Gothic beauty takes the top spot for 2015's hottest babes!

New Years Day with Eyes Set to Kill at NYC 10-16-15

This past Friday, Oct. 16, 2015, New Years Day hit Santos Party House in New York City as part of their first ever headlining tour. The result was a kick ass show that was fun as hell!

There were a couple of opening acts, but they had to cut their performances short, due to a 10PM curfew enforced by the venue. Hence, I didn't catch them all or all of their sets, save for that of one of my personal favorite bands, Eyes Set To Kill.

This actually marks my now third time seeing the band live making them the band that I have seen the most live. And, I would see them a million times again! Despite being limited to only playing a twenty minute set, the beautiful and talented Rodriguez sisters, signer and guitarist Alexia and bassist Anissa, and company killed it (pun not intended) like only they can on set. They played songs mostly of off their last release Masks (an album I picked as one of the best of 2013), as well as a new song off of the album they are currently working on.

As always they are very fan friendly and love talking and taking pics with them, and signing autographes. I met them before and after their set and fans were always coming up them. One of them even gave them some really cool drawing that he did of them.

Eventually it was time for the headliners, New Years Day, to come onstage. Now I have been a huge fan of theirs for a while, as I really love their hard rock/ alternative metal sound, as well as their stunning and amazing front-woman, Ash Costello. Though, I had wanted to see them in concert before, for one reason or another it just didn't work out. Thank the fucking rock gods that this time it did.

From the moment they came on stage to their return to close off the night with "Angel Eyes" off of Victim to Villain, they simply played great music and seemed to be having as awesome a time playing it as we were having listening to it. The song list came from that aforementioned album, as well as Epidemic, their EP from last year. Of course, they also played songs of their brand new album Malevolence, which just came out this month. This is their best work yet, and I can't stop listening to it, since I got it at their show.

New Years Day are  phenomenal band, and I think they are blowing up. You really need to see them live since they sound every bit as good as they do on their recodings. And, it's very clear that they love their fans. So, be sure to check them out when they come to your town for this tour!

At one point Ash asked her fans to put their middle fingers up.

Ash is a genuine sweetheart and even more beautiful in person. I had the pleasure of meeting her outside of Santos Party House. She really seemed happy to meet and talk to everyone. This pretty much put that stamp of extra awesomeness on the night made it totally fucking epic!
