Lily Carter plays a girl who goes to visit her friend (Lily Labeau) in San Diego after not seeing her for five years. She is only going to stay there for the night and leave the next morning. Labeau takes Carter through her sexually adventurous life. As the story progresses, we learn more about both characters, and their friendship and lives are challenged. Loss, pain, sexual exploration, love, and true friendship all become major parts of this wild and emotionally charged night. 

In reviewing this movie, I wanted to look at it, for what it really is. A real movie that just happens to have hardcore sex in it. And, it's the best porno I have ever seen to succeed at this. In fact, it's unfair to just call it smut, as it would greatly undervalue it.

First off, much praise most go to both of it's beautiful stars. Lily Carter gives a tour-de-force performance. Those who falsely believe that a porn star cannot act should shut their fucking mouths and watch her. She gives such a moving and heartfelt performance, that during one particular bit of dialogue, I was actually moved to tears. She also happens to be absolutely stunning. Her beautiful greenish, blue eyes show levels of emotion that many mainstream actresses couldn't do on their best fucking day. Meanwhile, Labeau, who is also breathtaking (gotta love that sexy bush of hers!), gives us a great and powerful performance of a very complex character. Her character seems to be cold and shallow, at first, but as the movie progresses we see that there is so much more to her. This movie lives by these two beauties since, it's really a two character study, and with lesser girls it would've fallen apart.

Travis (Portrait of a Call Girl) directs the movie with style and class. It features beautiful cinematography, some great angles, and use of lighting and shadow. It also features masterful editing and a great soundtrack that adds so much to the proceedings. His script actually delves into life, death, growing up, changing, and most significantly friendship and love (as in actual love not "friend" love).

But, this film is an adult movie, and it greatly succeeds here, too. Aside from being very moving and sad, it is also very erotically charged. There are a total of eight scenes. If you watch the movie, the scenes are edited (but still very hardcore), to help the pace of the movie and move the story along. You can see the full scenes, on the second disc. But, even in this manner they are hot as fuck.

From the first one were Labeau sucks off a dude in the bathroom to the blistering four guys and both Lilys at the film's climax, this one packs some of the best fucking you'll see in a feature. And, while there is a nice amount of guy-girl action, there is a heavy emphasis on sapphic love, which shall always remain a preference of mine. There are two extremely, I mean extremely, hot scenes between both Lilys. These are passionate and feel real, which is THE way to do girl-girl action. It adds to the story (yes, a porn where sex adds to the actual plot, imagine that?), and makes their relationship all the more complex and emotional. Another smoldering lesbian scene occurs between Carter and the voluptuous Liza Del Seirra. The heat building up to the scene and actually lesbo fucking will have you reaching for your Kleenex. There is another hot lesbian scene with Sparky Sin Clair and Proxy Paige and two other tattooed porn hotties. But, this scene is pretty much cut out from the feature save for some nice girl-girl kissing. Go to disc two for that one!

Which brings us to that second disc. There you will find not only the extended sex scenes, but also two bonus scenes, from past Elegant Angel releases, one featuring Lily Carter and Lizz Tayler, the other one with Andy San Dimas and Lily Labeau. Both are lesbian, both are HOT!! Also included are podcast interviews with the stars and director, both worth listening too. Finally, you will also find the film's trailer and teaser.

The blu-ray looks fucking AMAZING, with natural skin tones and a great showcase of detail. Colors are vibrant and blacks are rich and thick.

In all, this is one of the best, if not the best, adult film, I've ever seen. It stands well able to compete and top most indie movies like (plot wise, I mean) this out there. It's a movie that will make your eyes tear up, as well, as your dick tear up. That's no mean feat there. And, while it will not appeal to those who dislike story or romance in their porn, it will definitely appeal to those who want more out of there erotic film viewing. A masterpiece.

Hanging Out at the Elegant Angel Booth AEE 2013

If I had to give the award for the best booth at the Adult Entertainment Expo 2013 it would be to Elegant Angel. Actually, they pretty much always seem to have the best booth at the show. Anyway, they are always very fan friendly, have great deals on their awesome movies (which I happen to think are some of the best in the biz, today), and, best of all, have THE most beautiful and popular babes in porn today.

Asa Akira was, of course, one of the girls there. She was only at the show on Thurs and Fri, as she was busy with getting ready to co-host the AVN Awards, along with Jesse Jane, on Sat. Anyway, Asa is always one of the sweetest and most down to earth girls there are, and she also seems to get hotter every time I see her.

 

 

 

 

Another kick ass chick has to be the bootilicous Jada Stevens. I swear to God, she got hotter from the last time I saw her at Exxxotica. We talked about the fact that when I saw her there, I wanted to get Jada Stevens Is Buttwoman off of her, but I couldn't cause she was at the Jules Jordan booth at that show. Well, now I did, on blu-ray no less! Jada is very sweet and sexy in person. And, I stand by what I've said before, she has THE best butt!!

 

 

Allie Haze is always so cute in person!! She is another babe with quite a hot looking ass. I would see Allie at another booth, on Sat (these pics of her are from Fri) but for now my pics of her at Elegant Angel.

 

That beauty with her is one of my utmost favorites, the stunning Dani Daniels. Dani is, as the gorgeous Veronica Avluv (more on her in a future post!) would later describe her as, "supermodel beautiful". I have to say that she was at the very top of my list as to girls I was most looking forward to meeting. 

 

Lily Carter is absolutely gorgeous in person!! She is also ubber-sexy and has a very fun personality that comes out in her pics. She really knows how to pose for the camera and seems to love it. Hence, making it such a pleasure to photograph her. She simply put has great camera presence and is an all around awesome hottie! 

 

 

 

Another cutie is the lovely Jessie Andrews. Jessie has a great girl next door look to her, which I really like.

 

 

Last, but most certainly not least, is the gorgeous Lily LaBeau. Lily and Lily Carter (both of whom are featured in the top picture) both star in the critically acclaimed Wasteland, which got a lot of buzz last year. Enough so that an edited version of it played at an indie-film festival. I picked up the blu-ray at the show. Anyway, back to Ms. LaBeau. She has shaven her head and looks beautiful!! I made sure I told her this. She is very sexy and gracious in person.

With these movies and her AVN nominations, she is one of the fastest rising stars in the porn biz of 2012.  

28. Riley Steele (last yr. 27)- Earlier this year porn fans got sad to hear that Riley had retired. But, she hadn't! It was a joke. Thank God! That means we, and our pants, will be treated to more great porn from her, including the big hit that was this year's Nurses 2!

27. Kristin Adams (last yr. 70)- The beautiful Mrs. Adams takes a huge jump from last year, thanks to her frequent appearances on X-Play this year, which even had a best of her!! She even took over for Morgan Webb, when she was out! Someone give this leggy babe her own TV show, NOW!!And, yes I know she used to host Cheat, but that show got canceled ages, so...

26. Zoie Palmer (new)- Playing Lauren, the doctor and lesbian lover of lead character Bo on the phenomenal Lost Girl, the gorgeous Ms. Palmer is a vision to behold. Her beautiful brown eyes, gorgeous face, and hot legs (as seen in the pic to the left) combine with the hotness of her playing a lezzie. That she adds a lot of heart to it, has to do both with the excellent writing of the show and her own great talent. Come on, guys, I mean she's one half of THE hottest couple on TV, EVER. End of story!!





25. Anna Silk (new)- And, the other half of the hottest couple ever on TV is this raven-haired goddess. Quite simply put there has never been a hotter succubus than her. She has a perfect body, face, eyes, and cleavage. She exudes sex on the show, but also sympathy and heroism. Lost Girl has a dedicated following for many reasons, but without someone as great as Silk, who knows if it would have been as succesful. Seriously, every time she is onscreen I am utterly captivated and enthralled by her. In other words, she is what you want in someone playing a succubus.




24. Candace Bailey (last yr. 23)- Attack of the Show is leaving us. And, with it, it's beautiful co-host, Candace Bailey. Bailey has really come into her own on the show, with a mix of the sexy, funny, cute, and sweet. Oh yeah, and some of the best legs on TV. I will miss her and AOTS. And, for that G4 gets the FUCK YOU of the year!






23. Nikki Hunter (new)- Let's see just how many awesome attributes this babe has: redhead, MILF, busty, hot ass, hot legs, bi, nasty, and beautiful. But, on top of that she is smart and geeky. In fact, my favorite posts of her are her geekier ones. I loved her just from her performances, including some blistering stuff for Brazzers that I had the pleasure of witnessing this year, but it's when I saw she was a REAL geek (you know, something that various wanna-bes just ain't!), that I real fell for her. I cannot wait to meet at AEE next month!!





22. London Keyes (last yr. 21)- London has long been one of my favs. Last year, when I interviewed Asa Akira at AEE, she said that she was one of her fav babes to work with. She pretty much made that clear on Asa Akira Loves Girls (one of the best girl-girl releases of 2012), that she may well be her favorite. In fact she stated that she's always the first one that comes to her mind when asked who her favorite girl to work with is (it's true! She is!). And, if Asa says that about someone you know she has to be! And, in the case of the beautiful Ms. Keyes, she most definitely is. And, in spades, no less!




21. Jennifer Love Hewitt (new)- There is something to be said about an ad campaign where it focuses so much on Ms. Hewitt's AMAZING cleavage and comes from the Lifetime network. More so when it gets me to watch said putrid channel. That the show sucked ass and couldn't keep me watching is their fault, not Hewitt's, who looked positively delicious. And, who the thought of her giving happy endings is pretty awesome, well in theory, anyways.
