Gamma Films Issues Temporary Production Suspension

(Montreal, QC / March 16, 2020) Gamma Films Group, the production entity of Gamma Entertainment, announced today that the company will adhere to the FSC’s call for a voluntary production shutdown by  temporarily suspending its productions, effective Tuesday, March 17, 2020.  This includes Adult Time and its studios Girlsway, Pure Taboo, Fantasy Massage, Burning Angel, Devils Film, and 21 Sextury.    
Karl Bernard, president of Gamma Entertainment, issued the following statement:
Gamma and our third-party producers have been actively monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic, alongside the rest of our industry and the world at large. Above all else, we are committed to providing a safe environment for the performers and crew members who work on our sets.  After careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily suspend all Gamma productions to do our part to flatten the growth curve and ensure the safety of our community.  In the interim, we will be actively working with our producers to reschedule any dates that have been affected and will be reaching out to our performer / content creator communities to discuss alternative ways of working together during this challenging period.  We encourage everyone to respect the FSC’s call for a voluntary shutdown so that we can all resume working together as soon as the threat has subsided.

Adult Time Announces Production of Bree Mills’ Biopic Drama, "Teenage Lesbian"

(Montreal, QC / April 29, 2019) -- Adult Time announced today that they have begun pre-production on a new original feature, Teenage Lesbian, an autobiographical coming-of-age story written and directed by Adult Time’s award-winning showrunner, Bree Mills.
 
The feature will be released this September as both a mainstream R-rated film and an X-rated three-episode series within Adult Time. Set in the 1990s, the story unfolds as a series of memories of an 18-year-old lesbian as she gradually comes to terms with her sexual orientation during her final year of high school.  Award-winning actress Kristen Scott has been tapped for the lead role, which is directly inspired by true-life events.
 
“I wanted to tackle a coming-of-age story that would set a new standard for authenticity within the traditional lesbian genre. It had to be real in its portrayal of lesbian sexuality and the struggles of coming out, not just glossy fluff or shot from a male gaze,” says Mills. “Teenage Lesbian is a film about what it was like to be young and gay in the pre-Ellen era, the final decade before gay rights became a public conversation.  Ultimately, I decided the best way to portray this was simply to tell my own story.” 
 
Mills knew she had to find the right actress to bring her story to life and Kristen Scott was the only choice from the beginning.  After discussing the project in January at the AVNs, they have been quietly developing the character to also connect her to Scott’s own sexual coming-of-age experiences, as well as rounding out the rest of the all-star cast which will include Alina Lopez, Kenna James, Aidra Fox, Whitney Wright, Kendra Spade, Emily Willis, and many other notable adult actors and actresses in both sex and non-sex roles.
 
“I am absolutely thrilled to have been cast as the lead in this project,” adds Scott. “I always love having the opportunity to work with Bree, so to be able to play such a significant role in a story that is so personal to her is such an honor.  I just can’t wait to bring this coming of age story to life!”
